Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress and published author. Her career began in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting the primetime television. Andrea Navedo has been an American actor and singer since the 10th of October, 1977. Her birthplace was in New York, The Bronx in the United States. Navedo's professional acting began in soap operas. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 until 1998. She joined the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance in film with a minor character on the show Girl 6. She then played as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy. She also appeared she also appeared in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo was a regular character on the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages was the next episode and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been in numerous films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013, Navedo was also a regular character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious comedy released in 2015 as a satire of the Fast and the Furious series of movies. Navedo started her acting career in the world of daytime soap operas. From 1995 to 1997 Navedo was Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. The role was portrayed by Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera with the character Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came by playing a minor role on Girl 6 (1996) and she later appeared on episodes of New York Undercover and The District. In 2001, Navedo was a co-star in the action Double Take.
