Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and a board member of the SSC's Board of Directors since 2011 she was one of the original co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. As the artistic director of SSC, she was the company's composer/musician/text director as well as the costume, set and music designer. While she was usually the leader within her acting ensemble In her final year with SSC King Lear, she was promoted to director and lighting designer. Las Lomas High School is where she went to school and was involved in cheerleading. In the following year, she attended Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Her previous marriage was with Stephen Knox. Post has been married from 1982 on to Michael A. Ross, an actor and writer, with who she has two daughters. A wonderful actress and a perfect wife and mother. Post is an inspiration for many within Hollywood.
